For solo mining I wanted something I could leave running at home. I appreciate the roughly 6 TH/s hashrate and the home friendly form factor on Avalon Nano 3s.

The miner sits at home. I appreciate the simple Avalon interface and using the heat instead of treating it as waste, and it has been reliable so far.

After about a week, I am still happy with Avalon Nano 3s. I appreciate how little space it takes, and the simple Avalon interface also fits my setup well. I was upgrading from a smaller single chip miner.

Two things mattered most to me with Avalon Nano 3s: how little space it takes and using the heat instead of treating it as waste. After about a week, that choice still feels right.
