We ship inside Europe, UK and to the USA! Please check your local customs regulations before placing an order to ensure smooth delivery.

We provide multiple shipping methods:

  • DHL/UPS Standard: Cost-effective and reliable

  • DHL Express/UPS Express: Fast delivery

Certain options may be unavailable in specific locations.
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

All orders within the EU are tax-free. Import taxes and customs duties vary based on your country's regulations. Any additional fees are the customer's responsibility.

We prefer Bitcoin as a payment method because it provides fast, secure, and low-cost transactions. To encourage its use, we offer a 5% discount on all Bitcoin payments. We accept both on-chain transactions and Lightning payments for maximum flexibility.

  • PayPal & Credit Cards

We accept Fiat payments via PayPal for convenience, but please note that PayPal charges a 5% transaction fee, which will be added to your total.

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, provided it is in its original condition. If the item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

Yes, but some settings should only be changed with caution. You can adjust:

  • WiFi and mining pool settings freely.

  • Core Voltage and ASIC Frequency should only be changed by experienced users, as incorrect settings may damage the hardware.

  • Ensure you are using a 2.4GHz network (not 5GHz).

  • Double-check your SSID and password, ensuring correct spelling and case sensitivity.

  • If the problem persists, try restarting your router and resetting the miner.

You can monitor your miner via the web interface or a mining pool dashboard. Some models support additional monitoring tools.

Technical & Compatibility Questions

Depending on your model, all Bitaxe models require 5V, while the Nerdqaxe operates on 12V. We recommend a minimum of 6A. Please check the product specifications for exact power requirements. Using the wrong power supply can damage your device!

Yes, as long as your hotspot supports 2.4GHz WiFi and provides a stable connection.

Overclocking is possible but not recommended, as it may reduce hardware lifespan and cause instability. If you choose to overclock, we recommend using the Bitaxe Performance version, which features advanced cooling for better stability.
