These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern all contracts between Nerdminerstore.com (hereinafter referred to as "Seller") and its customers (hereinafter referred to as "Customer") regarding the sale of electronic mining hardware. By placing an order, the Customer agrees to these T&C in their current version at the time of purchase.

2. Products and Orders

The Seller offers Bitcoin mining hardware, including but not limited to Bitaxe and Nerdminer devices, which are primarily intended for solo mining.

  • Orders are binding upon confirmation of payment.
  • Some products may be pre-orders, which means they will be shipped at a later date. The estimated shipping date will be displayed on the website.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Euro and include VAT, where applicable, for European customers.

  • Payment Methods
    We prefer Bitcoin payments but also accept major credit cards and PayPal. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Please note that PayPal transactions are subject to additional fees imposed by PayPal.
  • Taxes and Duties
    For orders within the EU, VAT is included in the price. Customers outside the EU may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their local customs authorities.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Products are shipped from our production facility in Europe.
  • Estimated delivery times are stated on the website and may vary due to demand or logistics issues.
  • The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs, shipping carriers, or force majeure.
  • The Customer is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs fees.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

  • Customers may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, provided the item is in unused and original condition.
  • If a return is approved, the refund will be issued exclusively via PayPal within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds in Bitcoin are only possible in specific cases.
  • Pre-orders are non-refundable, unless the Seller fails to deliver the product within a reasonable timeframe.
  • If a Customer leaves a review before the return process is completed, the refund may be denied.

6. Warranty and Liability

  • The Seller guarantees that all products are tested before shipping and free of defects at the time of dispatch.
  • If a product arrives defective, the Customer must contact support within 7 days of delivery.
  • Warranty claims are excluded if:
  • The device was misused or modified.
  • The issue is caused by improper setup or network issues.
  • The Customer has damaged the product during use.
    The Seller is not liable for losses resulting from mining profitability, network changes, or electricity costs.

7. Dispute Resolution

  • The Seller is a U.S.-registered company and does not participate in European dispute resolution mechanisms.
  • Any legal claims must be filed in the jurisdiction specified by the Seller, and all legal costs will be borne by the plaintiff in case of an unsuccessful claim.

9. Final Provisions

  • The Seller may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Customers are encouraged to review them periodically.
