If your order has not arrived yet, there could be several reasons for the delay. Here are some steps you can take to check the status of your delivery:

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your delivery status online. If you haven’t received a tracking number yet, your order is likely still being processed. For any updates, feel free to contact our support team.

Preorder Delivery Time

The expected delivery timeframe for preorders is displayed on our website. Please review this information before placing your order.

Preorders cannot be canceled until production is complete. Once your order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If you still wish to return your order, please wait until you receive it and then contact our support team. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received in their original condition.

In most cases, you do not need to be present to receive your delivery. Here are some key details:

  1. Delivery Options: Most shipping providers attempt delivery to the specified address, even if no one is home. If no one is available, the package may be left in a safe place or with a neighbor.
  2. Notification: If the delivery cannot be completed, the courier will usually leave a notification card with instructions for the next steps, such as picking up the package or scheduling a new delivery attempt.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to pick up your order in person. All deliveries are handled exclusively through our shipping partners to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
