Returns
If you're not satisfied with your product, you have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving it.
To exercise this right, the product must be returned in its original condition. However, if the item arrives damaged or defective through no fault of your own, you will still retain your right to return.
Returns are accepted when:
- Everything is complete
- An invoice for the purchase from our store is provided
- A description of the defect or reason for the return is included.
