Delivery and Returns
We ship from our EU warehouse to all of Europe and, by express, worldwide. Fast, reliable and insured. Delivery cost and delivery time are shown on every product page, in the basket and again at checkout, before you order.
How an order reaches you
Orders placed before 14:00 on a working day leave the same day. We ship with UPS or DHL, always with tracking.

2. Receive your order confirmation by email
3. We hand the parcel to the carrier and send you the tracking number
4. Delivery to your home or to a pickup point

Working days are counted from dispatch, not from the order. Inside the EU there are no customs charges. For deliveries to Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein and the United Kingdom, your customs authority charges import duty and local VAT. The same applies to worldwide express deliveries.

Returns and withdrawal
You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason. You pay the return postage, we refund the purchase price and the standard delivery cost. The full conditions are in our returns policy, and you can declare your withdrawal on our withdrawal page.
