At Nerdminerstore.com, we strive to provide high-quality Bitcoin mining hardware. However, if you need to return a product, the following conditions apply:
- Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Returns are only accepted for unused products; items that have been modified, or damaged due to incorrect usage cannot be returned.
- Pre-orders are non-refundable, as production is initiated based on demand.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Await Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
- Ship the Item: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 7–14 business days.
- Refund or Replacement: If approved, a refund will be processed, minus applicable fees.
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds are issued exclusively via PayPal to ensure buyer and seller protection.
- Refunds in Bitcoin are not possible under any circumstances.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has been dispatched.
- Any PayPal transaction fees are deducted from the refund amount, as these are not reimbursed by PayPal.
4. Warranty & Defective Products
- All Bitaxe products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
- If a product is faulty upon arrival, we will repair or replace it. However, normal wear and tear, overclocking damage, and improper use are not covered.
- If a return is requested for a non-defective product, a restocking fee of 10% may be applied.
5. Exclusions from Refunds & Returns
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
- The product has been used, modified, or damaged due to improper handling.
- Pre-orders.
- Customized hardware.
- Any customer who has left a review before the resolution process is completed forfeits their right to a refund.

6. Chargebacks & Disputes

- Fraudulent chargebacks will be contested, and legal costs will be passed on to the claimant.
