At Nerdminerstore.com, we strive to provide high-quality Bitcoin mining hardware. However, if you need to return a product, the following conditions apply:

  • Customers have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Returns are only accepted for unused products; items that have been modified, or damaged due to incorrect usage cannot be returned.
  • Pre-orders are non-refundable, as production is initiated based on demand.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Await Approval: Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item within 7–14 business days.
  5. Refund or Replacement: If approved, a refund will be processed, minus applicable fees.

3. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued exclusively via PayPal to ensure buyer and seller protection.
  • Refunds in Bitcoin are not possible under any circumstances.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the package has been dispatched.
  • Any PayPal transaction fees are deducted from the refund amount, as these are not reimbursed by PayPal.

4. Warranty & Defective Products

  • All Bitaxe products come with a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects.
  • If a product is faulty upon arrival, we will repair or replace it. However, normal wear and tear, overclocking damage, and improper use are not covered.
  • If a return is requested for a non-defective product, a restocking fee of 10% may be applied.
