Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days to withdraw from this contract without giving a reason.

The period runs for 14 days from the day on which you, or a person named by you, take physical possession of the goods. If your order arrives in several parcels, it runs from the day the last item arrives.

To withdraw, tell us clearly that you do. The form on this page does it, and you get a confirmation by email with the date and time we received it. An email to [email protected] works just as well. Sending your declaration before the period ends is enough to keep the deadline.

What happens after you withdraw

• We refund the purchase price and the standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving your declaration, using the same means of payment you used. We never charge a fee for the refund.
• We may hold the refund until the goods are back with us, or until you show proof that you sent them, whichever comes first.
• Send the goods back within 14 days of your declaration. You pay the return postage.
• You only pay for a loss in value if you handled the goods beyond what is needed to check their nature and function.

What helps us process your return quickly

• Everything that came with the device is in the parcel.
• Your order number or a copy of the invoice is included.
• A short note about the reason, especially if something is defective.
