The NerdQAxe Stand holds a NerdQAxe board upright, so the colour display faces you and the open frame leaves the heatsink free. It is printed in PETG and comes in two versions: one for the NerdQAxe++, the four-chip board with BM1370 chips we stock, and one for the narrower NerdQAxe+, the previous generation of the board.
Which version you need
- For NerdQAxe++: the four-chip board with the wider heatsink.
- For NerdQAxe+: the narrower board of the previous generation.
- Both hold the display at an angle you can read while sitting at the desk.

Stand or case
The stand and the NerdQAxe Performance Case do different jobs. The stand sets the board upright on a desk or a shelf. The case puts honeycomb panels around the edges, the underside and the connectors and protects the board, but it does not stand it up. If you want both, combine them.
Why upright
Lying flat, a board draws its cooling air from the surface underneath and shows its display to the ceiling. Standing upright, it takes its air from the room, and the open frame does not block the air leaving the heatsink.
Material
Printed in PETG rather than the more common PLA. PETG keeps its shape at higher temperatures than PLA, which matters next to a miner whose heatsink stays warm around the clock. Mounting screws are in the box.

Which version do I need?
Count the chips. The four chip board with the wide heatsink takes the NerdQAxe++ version, the narrower board takes the NerdQAxe+ version. If you are unsure, send us a photo and we will tell you.
Does it fit other boards?
It is made for the NerdQAxe family. Bitaxe and NerdAxe boards have a different hole pattern and ship with their own stand.
Will the print soften near a hot miner?
Not at the temperatures a miner reaches. It is printed in PETG, which stays dimensionally stable well above the warmth coming off a heatsink.
